Barcelona defender played four months without feeling his leg!

FC Barcelona’s Brazilian defender Adriano has played for four months without feeling one of his legs in the past season of the Spanish La Liga.  

“There was no problem with the joints and the muscles of my leg, but the nerves were not working. I could not feel my leg for four months; this was risky because the brain does not receive pain signals.” "AS" of Spain quotes the Brazilian player as saying.

In summer Adriano received treatment in Brazil and he has virtually overcome this problem.  

In the past season of the La Liga, the Brazilian defender made twenty-three appearances and scored five goals for Barça.
